Texture and Dreaming of Daffodils/Furry

The above image is a rusted boat trailer. I love how the paint has cracked and looks all chippy. This is a FREE background for you to use. I love the colors. Have fun with it.
I am dreaming of Daffodils. The first signs of spring. These are from my garden last year. I took them in front of a blue tarp that was on our boat. I love the way it made them pop. I made this collage in Picnik and then used the HDR ish effect. I think I will paint the one in the upper left hand corner. It reminds me of a ballerina twirling. I love the colors! They make me happy.

I have been itching to go out with my camera to get some more fun things downtown Charleston. It is so beautiful. What types of things do you enjoy photographing?
This sculpture was massive. It was at a putt putt in Florida. I could not help but be drawn to it. The hair is furry with plants, so this is my entry in this weeks Inspiration Avenue's challenge theme "furry".

  1. I am digging a 3 photos...The first one reminds me of my car, lol...it's not quite that rusty, but she's getting there :)

  2. Rust can create great colours & effects. I recently took a picture of an old rusty barn because of the beautiful colours (couple of blog posts ago). I like to photograph trees, the coast....actually most anything that captures my eye. I can often be found snapping obscure images just because they capture my imagination.

I love the furry haired sculpture. A very original submission.

  5. It's a rare photo that didn't include some animal this week. I loved your entry because it was so different.
