This time of year just says cozy to me. We light candles all year long in our home but during the fall and holiday months we use heavier scented candles, like cinnamon, pumpkin spice, warm vanilla, etc. They smell like "home" to me. I love the mesmerizing flickering flame, the way the light dances on the various surrounding
surfaces. The scent smells like warmth, like fresh baked goods which draws you in. It's sweater weather here, now.
Stay warm and cozy.
A very special Thank you to all men and women whom have served or are serving our country.
XO,
Tammy
Tammy, I completely agree with you about using candles during the colder seasons. I love the scents and the flicker. My favorites are always food related, in the fall it's pumkpin pie and mulberry...yum.

I use Hazelnut all winter long ... it warms up those cold indoor days.

I am the same exact way...candles burn all year long, but the more Autumnal/Christmas scents Oct to Dec. :)
ReplyDeleteThere's not a day that goes by that I don't light candles at home. It just brings a sense of calm. My favorite smells are cinnamon, pumpkin nutmeg -- basically anything that reminds me of baking and the holidays. Even if the house really isn't clean, I can tidy up, light a candle, and feel at peace. :) Blessings to you, Tammy
