I dream in color...my submissions for this weeks Challenge at Inspiration Avenue.
The prompt was do you dream in color. I do, so I chose some of my photographs to represent some of the vivid colors I dream in. I am always drawn to vivid colors for my photos, but I also love to create art in muted romantic speia tones, as well. Like some of these items, I've sold.Every week there is a fun art challenge at Inspiration Avenue. Come join in the fun. There is a monthly giveaway that given to one lucky participant from that months art challenge. Pop on over to check it out HERE. Hope you are having a lovely weekend. OWOH starts at the end of the month. Click on the button in my sidebar to learn more.
Tammy every one of these pieces is beautiful alone, but all together - wow! Gorgeous, gorgeous and - did I mention gorgeous? x
ReplyDeleteYou are a talented photgrapher, Tammy! The blue water in the picture with the (yacht?) is my most favorite color...the different blue of the sky...it's a gorgeous picture!

Your top 2 photos are so rich and vibrant! Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI so adore the muted earth tones in the shot of the journal, which is exquisite.
Hi Tammy, those are brilliant images. And I love the hues of the items you have created. Last nite David Cassidy was in my dreams, as were several dogs, a view of the beach from a penthouse, my husband in a bathroom eating peanuts, and me singing "Up up and away in my beautiful, my beautiful balloon." If you can tell me what all that means, you win a prize! HA! Hope you are having a great day. I'm off to bed. Goodnite. Tammy
ReplyDeleteHI!!!!
ReplyDeleteI really like all of the color here!
Great photographs!
I love all these combinations- each one inspires a different mood from the calm and relaxed sepias to the vibrant and energetic colors of the flowers and boats. Wonderful combinations!

Wow Tammy. You really DO dream in color. And vivid color, too. The one that immediately caught my eye was the photo of the boats with the numbers on them. Apparently, I was drawn to those colors. This is a great challenge body of work.
ReplyDeletethese are wonderful Tammy!!
ReplyDeleteHey there! I live in my dream place too! And I hope to be an empty nester...someday! (But that's another story!)
ReplyDeleteYou photos are wonderful! I especially like the ones in the middle group. They seem so very Caribbean!
Thanx for sharing.
love your photos..your blog looks so vibrant and happy..thanks for visiting my blog
ReplyDeleteAw thanks ladies. Color is happy to me and it makes me feel alive!
ReplyDeleteGood idea to use all the colors of the rainbow! It's impossible to pick a favorite. Your photos are gorgeous!!
ReplyDeleteAll of your pictures are beautiful, and in fact, I see a different dream in each collage. My fav would be the third one, which surprises me because I'm generally a very "colorful" person myself and I LOVE the water/ocean... I think it was the white shabby rose that grabbed me from the last grouping. So excited to follow such a beautiful blog and I look forward to you as an inspiration!
ReplyDeleteThanks Maggie and Jan. You are very kind.
ReplyDeleteI wish I could take photos like these :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful!
Blessings,
Ana
